By joining the Rogba Routers Founding Member Program, accessing our website, or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

Rogba Routers is a pre-launch digital infrastructure advisory platform. The current service consists of a Founding Member waitlist that collects information to build Digital Infrastructure Profiles and deliver personalized guidance. The full platform is under development.

Joining the Founding Member Program is currently free. As a Founding Member, you receive:

• A unique Founding Member number and badge
• Early access to the Rogba Routers platform when it launches
• Opportunities to provide input on product development
• Priority access to new features
• Founding Member pricing when paid tiers launch
• Recognition within the Rogba Routers community

Founding Member benefits are subject to change as the platform develops. We will communicate material changes by email.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration
• Attempt to access any portion of our system without authorization
• Use automated methods to submit forms or access our service
• Use our service for any unlawful purpose

All content, branding, and materials on the Rogba Routers platform are owned by Rogba Routers and its operators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

The Rogba Routers service is provided "as is" during the pre-launch phase. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, reliability, or availability of the platform. The platform is under active development and features may change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rogba Routers and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Your use of the Rogba Routers service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also request removal of your account by contacting us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify Founding Members of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
